Registration is not necessary to attend the fair, however it allows us to know how many people we are expecting in order to provide you with a better experience. We appreciate if you can take the time to fill our registration form located in the Home page. It is also important to register to workshops and conferences to assure your place.
While School Maker Faire is directed mainly to students, this is a family event open to all maker enthusiasts who are willing to learn and share new experiences.

We have an online payment system for you to pay for your workshops and conferences directly from the website. However, if you decide to join a workshop last minute, you can pay directly in cash at the event. *No credit or debit cards allowed. *

Yes you can! If you have a project you would like to share at the School Maker Faire Eurosur, you can register on the "Calling all Makers" section in the website to tell us about your project.
It is not possible to get a ticket once the event is fully booked, however if any seats are left empty by ticketholders, we will fill those seats with people waiting on a first come, first served basis.
No. Each person is responsible of their belongings. We urge you to bring only necessary things. (backpack, water thermos, etc). All material needed for workshops will be provided in each workshops.
No food or drink, with the exception of water, is allowed to be brought to the event. We will have food trucks which will be serving in specific areas of the school. For your convenience, we also have some refilling stations at school.

Many workshops and DIY activities are designed specifically for children and they can attend them without a parent present. However we urge you to supervise your children at all times and make sure they are not wondering around on their own.
We have a limited parking lot in our school, however we are currently working to provide a bus service at Esfera shopping center running constantly that can bring you in an out during the day. We suggest carpooling if possible. (More information on this coming soon)
In case you need special parking please send us an email to eurosur@euroamericansour.edu.mx explaining your reasons. We will be happy to help you.
If you have any access requirements, please contact the event organizers as far as possible in advance of the event so that arrangements, where possible, can be made. Details of the event organizers can be found on the contact page , or email eurosur@euroamericanosur.edu.mx and we can forward on your request if applicable.
Our campus has wheelchair spaces. Wheelchair spaces should be reserved in advance of the event. please get in touch directly with the event organizers to book a space.

You can ask a teacher or parent from your school to help your team. Remember that the role of the teacher or adult is to give you guidance and advice. The project must be done entirely by the student makers.
The deadline to register your project is April 3. You can enter the contest by filling out this form.
This contest is powered by Steren and Apisec. Winner teams will take a Makerspace kit for their school, plus other smaller prizes sponsored by these companies.
Contest will have two categories 11 to 13 and 14 to 16. All team members must be of the same age category to participate.
There will be a team of expert judges evaluating the projects and making sure they comply with all the guidelines. Judges will choose the winning teams.
Every student can participate only once. Student makers may not be signed up in more than one project.
